Vijnana Yoga Basics for Beginners (in-studio and online)
Monday 19.00 – 20.30
Sitting, pranayama, vayus and asana. In this class we study basics for beginners. Experienced students are also welcomed. Everybody loves basics.

Yoga for Everybody/Basic Basics (in-studio only)
Tuesday 09.30 – 11.00
In this class we work with the basics of breath, awareness, alignment, softness and strength. It is open for just about everyone with special attention for the practitioner who is “over fifty” and those who would like to enjoy a softer practice. You can be beginner or more advanced, young or old. It is about experiencing awareness of body, mind and heart.

Vijnana Yoga (Intermediate/Experienced Beginners) (in-studio only)
Wednesday 19.00 – 21.00
Just sitting, pranayama, asana and vayus. The forms are the series of the Vijnana Yoga practice.  Sometimes we work with technique, sometimes with flow, sometimes it is self-practice evening!

Vijnana Yoga – Just Sitting, Pranayama and Asana (in-studio and online)
Friday 10.30 am – 12.30
For intermediate or enthusiastic beginners with experience.  In this class we focus a bit more on  sitting, pranayama and vayu. Asana follows the forms from the Vijnana Practice Manual.

Saturday Experienced Beginners one year commitment (in-studio and online)
Saturdays, 12.30 – 14.15
Commit for one year and see what happens!  Newcomers are welcome to join this long-standing group.  We start again in September.  Please note:  this class is three times per month.
