Vijnana Yoga (Beginners/Experienced)

Beginners Vijnana Yoga, practicing from inside. Sitting, pranayama, vayus and asana.
With this new longer class, we have more time to enjoy detail and flow.

Yoga for Everybody/Beginners
Tuesday 09.30 – 11.00
In this class we work with the basics of breath, awareness, alignment, softness and strength. It is open for just about everyone with special attention for the practitioner who is “over fifty” and those who would like to enjoy a softer practice. You can be beginner or more advanced, young or old. It is about experiencing awareness of body, mind and heart.

Vijnana Yoga (Intermediate/Experienced)
Wednesday 19.00 – 21.00
Just sitting, pranayama, asana and vayus. The forms are the series of the Vijnana Yoga practice.  Sometimes we work with technique, sometimes with flow, sometimes it is self-practice evening!

Ashtanga Yoga (Primary Series)
Friday 10.30 am – 12.30
Full Primary Series led class alternating with Mysore class. Experience with this form is required.

Saturday Beginners one year programme
Saturdays, 12.30 – 14.15
Commit for one year and see what happens!  Newcomers are welcome to join this long-standing group.  We start again in September.  Please note:  once a month this class moves to 10.30 – 12.00.
