As of Wednesday 1 July, yoga studios are permitted to reopen and receive students.
Normally we take summer break for July and August, but this year is an exception and there will be some classes until Friday 10 July. On Sunday 19 July, a Vijñāna Long Practice is scheduled. We resume in September.

We will combine online and in-studio, you can choose to join at home, or come into the studio.

For in-studio attendance, RIVM guidelines will be followed which includes 1.5m distance, hygiene, questionnaire and pre-registration. Students will bring their own mat and props.

Online and in-studio are live. We sit, breathe and move together.
Classes are structured in the traditional Vijñāna way.

If you would like to join in the studio,
send me an email shirley@yogapractice.nl (at least 3 hours beforehand for evening class, or day before for morning class) to confirm your place. You will receive the detailed protocol. Remember, you will need to bring your own mat and props.

You will receive an invitation which includes the password required to join.

Classes are per 10 x card (€135,00) (or €15,00 single lesson). Vijñāna Long Class is €40,00).
