Vijñāna Yoga *practicing from inside. This five day retreat welcomes students who are new to Vijñāna Yoga as well as experienced practitioners.
Programme: (starting Thursday afternoon, finishing Tuesday morning)

Yoga practice is a retreat. When we stand on our mats, we retreat from our everyday life in order to explore other aspects of our world. We put some things aside so that we can allow ourselves to focus more clearly. Then we take that knowledge back to everyday life.
To go on retreat for a longer period of time, i.e. a long weekend, a week, or a month, gives the opportunity to deepen that practice. We relieve ourselves from many responsibilities like work, shopping, cooking, cleaning up and social activities. We can relax into a rhythm of practice, sustenance and rest. Nature supports this process.
